2. Orders and Payment

2.1. Custom Orders: We specialise in custom-made dog collars and leashes. When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including collar specifications, size, and any customisation options.

2.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept payments through our online store.

3. Order Processing and Fulfilment

3.1.Production Time: The production time for custom dog collars may vary. We will provide an estimated production time upon order confirmation. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.

3.2. Shipping: We offer shipping options, and shipping costs may apply. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.

4. Cancellation

4.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the stage of production, a cancellation fee may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. Custom Designs: You acknowledge that any custom designs, logos, or artwork provided by you for the creation of dog collars do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse any design that may violate intellectual property laws or our ethical guidelines.

Returns and Refunds

Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made dog collars or other custom made items, as they are made to your specific requirements. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to discuss a possible solution. All non-custom made items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund.

Refunds: Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for products with confirmed manufacturing defects. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the order.
